Article VII Meetings of Association

1. Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Association shall be held during the first two weeks of the month of December in each year, at such time and place as may be fixed by the President. At least ten (10) days notice thereof shall be given by mail to each member of the Association. The notice shall be accompanied by the report of the Nominating Committee. 
2. Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Association may be called at any time by the President or by the Board of Directors. A special meeting must be called by the Secretary on the written request, specifying the purpose of such meeting, submitted by twenty-five (25) members. No business shall be transacted as such special meetings except that business specified in each call. At least five (5) days notice of special meetings shall be given to all members.
3. Quorum. The presence of fifteen (15) members shall constitute a quorum at all meetings of the Association.
